The Macdonald Holyrood Hotel is in the heart of the Old Town city centre situated between Edinburgh Castle and the Palace of Holyrood. Positioned adjacent to the Scottish Parliament and overlooking Arthur's Seat, giving the hotel it's unique quiet location assuring you of a good nights sleep. Your preferred shopping on Princes Street is less than 5 minutes away, enjoy a theatre performance at Edinburgh's Playhouse before it reaches the West End. Please note that our swimming pool will be closed on Monday and Tuesday.
